The Application to Change Learning Environment is open from November 16 – December 1, 2020. The link for the application will close at 4:30 PM on December 1, 2020. Parents should complete this form if you want your child to change from Virtual Learning to “Face to Face” learning at school, or you want to change from “Face to Face: learning at school to Virtual Learning at home, or you want your child to remain in Virtual Learning.
